Successful schools are built by confident, capable teachers.
At English for Asia, we deliver research-informed professional development aligned with the latest TESOL best practices, equipping educators with practical strategies that translate directly into classroom impact.
Our Teacher Trainers bring extensive international experience in TESOL, curriculum design, and academic leadership. They hold recognised ESL qualifications, including specialist certifications in phonics, assessment, early childhood education, and AI in language teaching.
For years, they have led teacher training initiatives in schools, universities, and government programmes, all while working within diverse educational contexts.
Most importantly, our trainers understand the realities of the classroom. Having taught across Macao, the Greater China region, and internationally, they design and deliver training that is realistic, structured, and immediately applicable.
Our sessions model the Communicative Language Teaching approach in action – ensuring teachers do not simply learn theory but experience effective teaching methodology first-hand.
When you partner with us, you work with experienced educators committed to raising standards, strengthening instructional quality, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Our Teacher Trainers combine academic expertise with classroom experience.
Their mission is clear: To help every teacher become confident, effective, and impactful in the classroom.
